Honey-Baked Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 chicken breasts or thighs
1/2 c. honey
1/2 Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. garlic or onion powder
1 tsp. curry powder or to taste
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Arrange chicken skin side up in shallow baking pan.
Mix honey, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, or onion powder, and curry powder.
Pour mixture over chicken.
Cover pan with foil.
Bake at 400\u00b0
for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Uncover. Baste meat with sauce.
Bake uncovered another 10 minutes. Yield: 4 servings.
