Homemade Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. heavy cream (let stand at room temperature 1 hour before you begin, speeds up process)
    plastic container with cover
    any size bowl
    ice cubes
Preparation
    Put cream in containers and begin shaking.
    Keep shaking.
    You will see the liquid turn to solid and it will sound like a rock is inside of container.
    When you open lid, all cream will be in a ball.
    Place butter ball in chilled ice water, excess cream will float away.
    Chill and serve.
    Great fun.
