Cauliflower And Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cauliflower, left whole
    1 bunch broccoli
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. warm milk
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2/3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Boil cauliflower and broccoli until barely tender.
    Melt the butter; add and blend with the flour.
    Slowly add the warm milk. Cook over low heat until thick and smooth; stirring constantly. Continue to cook as you add the cheese, cook only until the cheese is melted.
    Pour over the vegetables.
