Creole Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground round meat
1/3 c. finely chopped bell pepper
3/4 c. chopped onions
1 (1/4 oz.) jar chopped pimentos
2 to 3 dashes hot sauce or to taste
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Saute meat until loose but not brown.
Add bell pepper and onions; cook until soft.
Add hot sauce to taste, pimentos and garlic powder.
Add the Velveeta cheese, cut into pieces.
Stir until melted.
Serve hot.
