Halupkies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cabbage, steamed
    ground beef
    rice
    egg
    onions
    tomato juice
    sauerkraut (large can)
    salt
    pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, rice, egg, onions, salt, pepper and paprika.
    Remove large vein from cabbage leaves and tear large leaves in half.
    Place ground beef mixture by spoonful onto cabbage leaf.
    Roll.
    Cover with tomato juice and sauerkraut. Bake.
