Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 7 medium potatoes
6 to 8 strips bacon
1 medium onion
1/2 c. butter
1 c. shredded cheese
1 c. mayonnaise (real mayonnaise)
4 olives (optional)
Preparation

Dice and boil potatoes (like mashed potatoes).
Fry bacon while potatoes are cooking until crispy.
Dice up onion and cook in butter until onion is almost clear.
When potatoes are done, drain and put into baking dish.
Then add shredded cheese and mayonnaise.
Mix well into potatoes.
Then add your butter and onions and mix.
Top with bacon and a little bit of cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, uncovered.
