Bill'S Onion Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (16 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
2 envelopes Lipton onion soup mix
1/2 c. fresh onion, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. dehydrated parsley flakes
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation

Soften cream cheese by allowing to stand at room temperature a couple of hours.
Blend in other ingredients with a fork or potato masher.
Use a hand mixer at medium speed to blend until smooth. Serve at room temperature with chips or crackers for dipping.
