Ken'S Blue Cheese Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 Red Bliss potatoes
    1/2 c. wine (white)
    salt and pepper
    1 1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/4 c. sour cream
    2 1/2 tsp. mustard (Dijon)
    2 1/2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1/2 c. Blue cheese, crumbled
    green onions
    1 1/2 c. celery
Preparation
    Cut potatoes into 1/2-inch cubes.
    Boil until almost soft. Pour wine over cooled potatoes.
    Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, cider vinegar and Blue cheese.
    Pour dressing over potatoes.
    Add green onions and celery; mix.
