Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 lb. brown sugar
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
6 qt. popped corn
Preparation

Melt butter in a saucepan.
Stir in brown sugar, syrup and salt.
Bring to a boil, stirring for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat. Stir in soda and vanilla.
Pour over corn and put in oven.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
