Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard (dry)
5 or 6 slices cubed bread
1 lb. regular or hot sausage
1 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation

Cook sausage until done, breaking into bits as you cook it. Drain and set aside.
Beat eggs, milk, salt and mustard.
Into a greased baking dish, layer bread, sausage and cheese.
Pour egg mixture over these ingredients.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serves 6.
Great for overnight guest or Christmas morning.
