Cheese Ball(2 Large Or 4 Small) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. medium sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb. cream cheese, softened
1 small can unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped fine
1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
1/2 c. crushed nuts
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. parsley flakes
Preparation

I use Oscar and mince very fine the bell pepper, celery and nuts.
Grate cheese and mix by hand with cream cheese.
Add pineapple, pepper, garlic, salt and nuts.
Roll into ball or shape in a mold.
Refrigerate.
When ready to serve, roll in chopped nuts completely.
Serve with crackers.
