Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 butterfly pork chops
    3/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
    3/4 c. celery, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Brown chops.
    Place in a Pyrex dish.
    Mix together all other ingredients.
    Pour mixture over chops.
    Cover and cook for 2 hours in a 350\u00b0 oven.
