Meat Filled Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. ground beef
    6 oz. taco seasoning mix
    3/4 qt. water
    86 taco shells
    1 1/2 lb. diced tomatoes
    1 lb. (5.5 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. shredded lettuce
    52 oz. taco sauce
Preparation
    Warm shells in oven at 350\u00b0 for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Brown ground beef.
    Drain off fat.
    Stir in seasoning mix and water.
    Heat to boiling on low heat.
    Simmer, uncovered, for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until liquid is reduced.
