Impossible Bacon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices bacon
    1 c. shredded natural Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    2 c. milk
    1 c. Bisquick baking mix
    4 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease 10-inch quiche dish or deep dish pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2-inch.
    Crisply fry and crumble bacon. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in pie plate.
    Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater.
    Pour into pie plate.
    Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes.
    Cool 5 minutes.
    No adjustments are necessary for high altitude (3,500 to 6,500 feet).
    Serves 4 to 6.
