Baked Salmon With Tomatoes, Spinach & Mushrooms - cooking recipe

4 salmon fillets (4 oz. each)
2 c. chopped fresh spinach
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 medium tomato, chopped
1/3 c. Kraft Special Collection Sun-Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing
Preparation

Place salmon fillets, skin sides down, in 13 x 9 inch baking dish sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Mix remaining ingredients until well blended; spoon over salmon. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until salmon flakes easily when tested with fork. This has 5 grams carbohydrate.
