Apple-Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. macaroni
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3 c. milk
    2 c. shredded sharp American cheese (8 oz.)
    2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, drained
    3 or 4 tart apples, cored, peeled and diced
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
    In saucepan melt margarine over low heat.
    Blend in flour and salt. Add milk all at once.
    Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
    Stir in cheese until melted.
    Stir in tuna, apple and macaroni; turn into a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Combine crumbs and melted margarine.
    Sprinkle atop casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until apples are tender, 30 minutes.
    Serves 8.
