Easy No Cook Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large red apples, cored and quartered
    2 medium red onions, cut in half
    2 stalks celery, washed
    4 large dill pickles
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Combine apples, onions, celery and pickles.
    Chop in food processor, using metal blade.
    Add vinegar, sugar and mustard to ground mixture.
    Mix well.
    Cover container and store in the refrigerator.
    Yields about 4 cups.
    Can be stored in refrigerator up to 10 days.
