Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. granulated sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
3 c. finely grated carrots (raw)
1 c. pecans or walnuts, finely chopped
Preparation

Sift together flour, soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Set aside.
In large mixing bowl, cream sugar and eggs until fluffy.
Add Wesson oil and blend well.
Add dry ingredients; mix well.
Fold in grated carrots.
Bake 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Yields 3 (9-inch) layers.
