Birthday Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 3/4 c. water
    1 (8 oz.) carton whipped topping
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease pans.
    Put flour, sugar, cocoa and baking soda in bowl and mix until blended.
    Add oil, vinegar, vanilla and water.
    Mix until smooth.
    Divide into pans.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
    Cool 15 minutes.
    Frost with whipped topping.
