Creamy Ambrosia Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium oranges, pared and diced
    2 medium bananas, peeled and sliced
    1 c. halved seedless green grapes
    1/2 c. pitted dates, snipped
    1/4 c. frozen whipped dessert topping, thawed
    1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1/4 c. flaked toasted coconut
Preparation
    Drain diced oranges.
    Combine oranges with next 3 ingredients; chill.
    Fold dessert topping into mayonnaise; fold into fruits.
    Spoon into crisp lettuce cups; sprinkle with coconut.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
