Chicken Chile Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced, cooked chicken
    1 (4 oz.) can green chiles, drained
    1 onion, peeled and chopped
    4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    9 corn tortillas
    butter, softened
    1 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Combine chicken with chiles, onion and soup.
    Spread tortillas with butter, then cut in half.
    Arrange 6 tortilla halves in buttered 13 x 9-inch shallow baking pan.
    Cover with 1/3 of chicken mixture and sprinkle with 1/3 of shredded cheese.
    Repeat layers twice.
    Pour chicken broth over all.
    Cover with foil and bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Remove foil about last 5 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
