Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    thick cut of round steak
    2 large tomatoes, sliced (canned or fresh)
    1 chopped green pepper
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    Place steak onto a double piece of aluminum foil.
    Place remaining ingredients over meat.
    Securely wrap foil around meat and fixings; place on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
