Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 stick butter
    1 pt. half and half
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes or O'Brien potatoes
Preparation
    Melt Velveeta and butter in double boiler.
    Remove from heat and add half and half.
    Place potatoes in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Add sauce mixture; place in refrigerator for about 1 hour.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    No need to cover.
