Herb-Sour Cream Stuffed Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large hard-cooked eggs
    1/2 c. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh or 3 tsp. freeze-dried chives
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh or 2 tsp. dried dill weed
    2 tsp. white wine vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. ground white pepper
    fresh parsley (garnish)
Preparation
    Slice eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove yolks. Mash yolks; add sour cream and remaining ingredients, stirring until smooth.
    Spoon or pipe into egg whites.
    Garnish, if desired.
