Ground Meat And Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    16 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Rinse cabbage and tear into pieces. Set aside to drain. Saute the meat, onion and garlic in olive oil. Drain off any grease. Add tomato sauce, salt, thyme and pepper. Stir to blend. In a casserole sprayed with PAM, place half of the cabbage and then half of the meat sauce. Repeat the layers and then top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
