Quick Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 box vanilla wafers
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except vanilla wafers.
    Place 1 vanilla wafer into cupcake paper in cupcake tin.
    Fill 3/4 full with cream cheese mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Cool and top with favorite pie filling such as cherry or blueberry.
    Makes 1 1/2 to 2 dozen.
