Microwave Fast Fixin' Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (1 lb.) pkg. powdered sugar
1 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1 c. butter or oleo
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
2 Tbsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix sugar and cocoa in a large glass bowl.
Add milk and butter; do not stir.
Cook at High for 4 1/2 to 6 minutes in microwave until butter is melted.
Add nuts and vanilla.
Stir until smooth.
Spread into well-greased 12 x 8-inch dish.
Chill until firm.
