Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cut green beans
1 can wax beans
1 can red kidney beans
1 onion, cut in slivers
1/2 green pepper, chopped
2 or 3 stalks celery, chopped
1 can pimentos, cut in slivers
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Drain beans, wash and drain kidney beans.
Mix first seven ingredients.
Combine rest of ingredients to make the dressing. Add dressing to the bean mixture.
Keep refrigerated.
Mix lightly now and then; better if prepared the day before using.
Will keep well for 1 week or more.
Good to the last bean.
