Stuffed Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 c. Italian-style bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
6 slices baked ham (luncheon meat)
6 slices Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Mix together the first eight ingredients.
On waxed paper, pat meat mixture into a 10 x 8-inch rectangle.
Arrange ham slices on top of meat mixture, leaving a small margin around the edges. Place Mozzarella cheese slices on top of ham.
