Lemon Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 chicken drumsticks (3 lb.)
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 Tbsp. onion powder
1 1/2 Tbsp. dried basil
1 Tbsp. salt
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. dried thyme
2 cloves garlic, pressed
Preparation

Place drumsticks in a heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag; set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients in a jar.
Cover and shake vigorously.
Pour 2 cups over drumsticks; reserve and refrigerate remaining 1/2 cup mixture.
Seal bag and refrigerate 4 hours, turning occasionally.
Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade.
Cook, covered with grill lid, over medium coals (300\u00b0 to 350\u00b0) 15 minutes on each side, basting occasionally with reserved marinade.
Yields 8 to 10 servings.
