Doug'S Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising corn meal
    3 eggs
    1 large onion, minced
    4 pods jalapeno pepper
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. corn oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 c. sweet milk
Preparation
    Spray baking pan with Pam.
    Mix all ingredients together. Bake in 375\u00b0 oven until top browns and begins to crack (25 to 45 minutes).
    Makes 1 large or 2 medium pans of bread.
    The hit of any meal!
