Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beaten egg
    1 c. milk
    1 c. coarsely crushed saltine crackers (22)
    1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Combine egg, milk, 2/3 cup cracker crumbs, 1/4 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper.
    Stir in corn, onion and pimiento; mix well. Turn into a 1-quart casserole.
