Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) pie shell (deep-dish)
1/3 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/3 lb. spinach, chopped, cooked and drained
1/3 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded or cheese of choice
4 eggs
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
paprika
Preparation

Put cooked, crumbled bacon in pie shell along with spinach and shredded cheese.
Beat eggs slightly.
Mix flour in milk until smooth.
Add butter.
Pour over ingredients in pie shell. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serve hot.
