Poppy Seed Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box lemon cake mix
1 pkg. lemon instant pudding
1/2 c. oil
1 c. hot water
4 eggs
1 1/4 oz. can poppy seed
1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
1 c. confectioners sugar
3 or 4 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Empty cake mix into a large bowl.
Add pudding, oil, water, eggs, poppy seed and orange rind.
Mix well.
Bake in greased and floured 12-cup Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
While cake is baking, make glaze by mixing confectioners sugar and lemon juice.
Turn cooled cake onto plate and drizzle glaze over top of cake.
