Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
4 eggs, unbeaten
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. nuts

Preparation

Mix first 8 ingredients with mixer.
Add carrots and nuts. Pour into cake pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours or until done.
