Creole Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. thinly sliced onion
2/3 c. chopped green peppers
2/3 c. diced celery
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. diced fresh or drained canned tomatoes
2 c. cooked or canned green beans
Preparation
-
Cook onion, green pepper and celery in margarine until tender. Mix in remaining ingredients and cook until beans are heated thoroughly.
Yields 6 servings.
