Beets With Orange Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
dash of salt
1 c. orange juice
1 Tbsp. butter
3 c. cooked, diced beets
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients.
Add orange juice and butter.
Cook for 5 minutes in top of double boiler over very low heat.
Add beets and let stand for several hours.
Reheat and serve very hot.
