Spaghetti And Ham Fiorentina - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
    4 Tbsp. oleo
    1 1/4 c. milk or whipping cream
    1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
    1/4 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
    4 oz. ham, cut in 1/4-inch wide strips
Preparation
    About 30 minutes before serving, prepare spinach as label directs; drain.
    Prepare spaghetti in saucepan; boil and drain. Cut oleo into small pieces; add spinach, milk, Ricotta cheese, basil and walnuts.
    Over medium heat, heat until mixture is hot, tossing gently to mix well.
    Stir in ham and heat through.
    Serve immediately.
