Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. raw peanuts
    1/4 c. cornstarch or arrowroot
    2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
    4 c. additional water
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients, except additional water.
    Pour blended ingredients into a saucepan.
    Rinse blender with additional water and pour into pan.
    Lightly boil, stirring, about 10 minutes, until thickened.
