Italian Chicken Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breasts, cut up small
1 c. chopped fresh parsley
6 Roma tomatoes, diced
1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
1 pkg. fresh linguine noodles
2 Tbsp. minced garlic
1/4 c. olive oil
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. thyme
pignoli nuts (optional)
Preparation

Mix olive oil, oregano, basil and thyme and set aside.
Saute chicken in 1 tablespoon olive oil and garlic. When cooked, add tomatoes and parsley.
Saute 5 more minutes.
Cook linguine in boiling water 3 minutes.
Drain.
In a large bowl, toss chicken mixture with noodles and cheese.
Add oil and spice mixture.
