Baked Apricots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans peeled apricots, drained
    1 stick butter or margarine
    3 c. crushed Ritz crackers (I use about 2 1/2 c.)
    2/3 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Grease casserole, alternate a layer of apricots with the cracker crumbs and brown sugar, making two layers. Pour melted butter over all and bake in a 300\u00b0 oven for 30 to 45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
