Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chicken, cooked and chopped
    1 1/2 c. celery, in 1 1/2-inch slices
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
    1 c. mayo or salad dressing
    1/2 c. toasted almonds, chopped
Preparation
    In a large bowl, toss chicken with parsley, celery, salt and pepper well.
    Gently fold in whipped cream, mayo, lemon juice and almonds until well combined.
    Refrigerate until well chilled, about one hour.
    Makes 6 servings.
