Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. butter
    3 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour 10-inch tube pan; set aside.
    In large mixing bowl, combine butter, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla.
    Beat at low speed of electric mixer until blended, scraping bowl constantly.
    Beat on high speed for 5 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally.
    In medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.
    Mix in dry ingredients alternately with milk, beating after each addition until batter is smooth.
