Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sliced onions
    2 c. celery, sliced
    1 1/2 c. 2-inch carrot strips
    1/2 c. green pepper strips
    2 c. stewed tomatoes or fresh
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1/3 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
Preparation
    Boil onions, celery and carrot strips for 7 minutes.
    Mix all ingredients in 2-quart casserole; cover tightly.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
