Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced apples
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cover diced apples with sugar.
Let stand 15 to 20 minutes. Beat eggs, oil and vanilla together.
Mix apple and egg mixtures together.
Mix flour, soda, salt and pecans.
Grease pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
