Turkey Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. turkey broth or chicken broth
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper and garlic powder to taste
    2 c. cooked turkey, cut up
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    potatoes
Preparation
    In a 5 quart saucepan, saute onions and celery in margarine 2 to 3 minutes over medium-high heat until tender.
    Add broth, potatoes, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
    Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low.
    Once mixture starts to simmer, cover and cook 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
    Stir in turkey.
    In a bowl, gradually add milk to cornstarch.
    Stir into soup.
    Cook on medium heat until soup thickens.
