Honey Crisps - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. quick-cooking oats
1 1/3 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut
1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. finely packed brown sugar
1/2 c. butter or margarine
3 Tbsp. honey
Preparation

Combine oats, coconut and flour in bowl.
Combine brown sugar, butter and honey in saucepan; bring to boil, stirring constantly. Pour hot mixture over dry ingredients; stir until blended.
Drop from teaspoon onto greased cookie sheets; flatten slightly with fork.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool; store in tightly covered container.
Makes 4 dozen cookies.
