Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg, well beaten
1 stick butter, melted
1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1/4 c. chopped pepper (hot)
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. sour cream
1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 box corn muffin mix
1/4 c. chopped onion
Preparation

Mix all together.
Bake at 350\u00b0 in a 9 x 13-inch casserole pan for 45 minutes.
