Swedish Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 apples, peeled and cored (Granny Smith, McIntosh)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. flour
1/4 c. chopped nutmeats (if desired)
Preparation

Slice the apples and place in an 8-inch pie plate.
Sprinkle with the cinnamon and 1 tablespoon sugar.
Mix together in a small bowl the margarine, 1 cup sugar, egg and flour.
Pour over apple slices.
Sprinkle with the nutmeats, if desired.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
Best served warm.
