Chicken Bola Gai - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. cut up frying chickens
    1/3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 can pineapple slices
    1/2 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Mix dry
    ingredients
    and coat chicken pieces and brown in 4 tablespoons
    of
    margarine.
    Combine
    1 cup of pineapple syrup, from Number
    2
    can of pineapple slices, and 1/2 cup of soy sauce. Place
    fried chicken in shallow casserole and pour pineapple sauce
    over
    them.
    Cover casserole.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Baste
    2
    to 3 times.
    Use pineapple slices for side dish salad.
